Athalie Louise Parrott was born May 9, 1953 to the parentage of the late Herbert Parrott and to Ruby E. Parrott. At an early age she joined Mt. Tabor M.B. Church under the leadership of the late Rev. P.S. Brown. She later moved her membership to Christian Fellowship M.B. Church.
“Lee” as she was sometimes called by her friends attended school at Liberty City Elementary and Earlington Heights Elementary. She later attended Brownsville Junior High.
On Thursday, October 11, 1990 at approximately 6:45AM God saw fit to call her from this earthly house to the one He promised her a long time ago.
She left behind to cherish her fond memories: two loving sons, Deacon Benjamin H. Parrott and Arthur R. Mc Kinney; a caring mother, Ruby E. Parrott; one brother, Jimmie Parrott three sisters, Larida Hamilton, Anna Jackson, and Estella Parrott; one sister-in-law, Debbie Parrott and a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces and cousins.
