Leoa Heard-Owens was the beloved wife of Kenneth L. Owens, Sr.; dearest mother of Nearie Tyson and Howard Heard, Jr.; devoted grandmother of Keyuan D. Wilson, Ashley M. Heard, Aveyah S. Humphrey and Wilfredo Colon-Torres; daughter of the late James and Bernice (nee Norris) Blue; dearest sister of Kevin (Janine) Blue, the late Robert A. Blue, Jerry J. Blue and Willie Lee Blue, Sr.; also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and a host of family and friends.
